In production with four organisations
Each customer represents a different commercial category. Each uses Parabable to rehearse consequential decisions specific to their domain.
Parzival Partners
Use cases: Advanced candidate-fit assessment against role simulation; marketing campaign testing on synthetic audiences; cross-portfolio decision simulation.
Parabable's first operating customer uses the platform to test hiring decisions against simulated team dynamics and to test outreach campaigns against synthetic audience populations before deploying budget.
Disclosure: Parzival Partners is the parent company of Parabable. This relationship is disclosed in all contexts. Published with Parzival's consent.
Tech8 Digital Group
Use cases: Branch closure sequencing (The Closure Study); fraud detection stress-testing; compliance scenario validation (GDPR, DORA, Data Act).
Tech8 licenses the Parabable platform to stress-test transformation strategies across its banking portfolio — rehearsing each consequential decision before it commits customer-affecting change.
Disclosure: Parzival Partners holds approximately 40% of Tech8. In commercial materials, Tech8 is a customer; the equity relationship is relevant in investor-facing contexts.
Galiark
Use cases: Operational behaviour simulation for autonomous swarm deployments; adversarial red-teaming; regression validation of new swarm behaviours.
Galiark uses Parabable to rehearse autonomous swarm deployments before field exercises — surfacing emergent swarm behaviour across operational scenarios that physical testing cannot economically reach.
Disclosure: Galiark is wholly Parzival-owned. Cross-venture licensing is arm's-length. Defence-sensitive details are abstracted.
BuiltPro
Use cases: Marketing and outreach message testing; project risk simulation (potential, later phase).
BuiltPro uses Parabable to test marketing messaging on synthetic industry audiences, identifying which messages land with construction-sector buyers before deploying campaigns.
Simulate before you commit.
We work with organisations whose decisions are consequential enough to rehearse. A typical pilot begins with a single decision and runs for three to six months.
