Data processing notice
Effective date: 19 April 2026
This notice describes how Parabable processes data in the context of its cognitive simulation platform.
Simulation data
Parabable does not move client data. Simulations run inside the client's infrastructure, or inside Parabable-hosted infrastructure under contractual controls the client approves. Synthetic agents are synthetic — they are calibrated from patterns in client data but do not reproduce individual records.
Data residency
The platform supports deployment within any jurisdiction's data residency requirements. Defence and government customers typically deploy inside their own security perimeter.
Security posture
Parabable's platform includes enterprise authentication, audit logging, backup and disaster recovery, and is on the SOC 2 roadmap. Our security posture documentation and Data Processing Agreement are available under NDA. Contact security@parabable.ai for details.
Sub-processors
A list of sub-processors is available under NDA as part of our Data Processing Agreement.
